How many hours does tingling last after office-type clinical teeth whitening? White diet recommendations

Yesterday, I had laser whitening done at the clinic under the supervision of a doctor. My teeth opened perfectly, but in the evening there were momentary aches as if lightning struck. When will this pain end, when can I go back to coffee?

Those instant electric shock-like stingings occur within the first 24 hours and disappear completely on the 2nd day. You can take painkillers, and applying potassium nitrate sensitivity paste to your teeth with your finger and letting it sit will be very good.

It is normal for thermal and osmotic sensitivity to occur in the first 24-48 hours because whitening gels temporarily open the dentinal tubules. The "White Diet" is the golden rule for the first 48 hours: Chromogenic substances such as coffee, tea, red wine, cola, tomato paste, curry and cigarettes should be strictly avoided.
