Speicheldrüsenstein (Sialolithiasis), der plötzlich unter dem Kinn anschwillt und dann beim Essen absinkt (Sialolithiasis)

Besonders wenn ich Zitrone oder etwas Saures esse, entsteht unter meinem Kinn eine walnussartige Schwellung, die nach 1 Stunde wieder verschwindet.

This situation indicates that there is a stone in the submandibular salivary gland duct (Wharton duct). Sour foods increase saliva secretion, and the gland suddenly swells because the stone blocks the duct. Stones can be removed with a camera without an incision using the sialoendoscopy method.
