Sollte Porzellan-Onlay (Füllung-Veneer-Hybrid) anstelle großer Füllungen bevorzugt werden?

I had a large filling in my molar and it broke. Porcelain onlay was recommended instead of veneers.

Onlay is a great biomimetic solution! Instead of cutting and reducing the remaining intact walls of the tooth, only the missing tubercles are produced from porcelain in the laboratory and glued. It protects the tooth's own tissue.
