Correction of the sharp protrusion (torus) on the alveolar bone before prosthesis or crown

There are hard bony protrusions on the inside of my lower jaw that touch under my tongue. Is alveoloplasty surgery difficult?

These bone protrusions, which we call torus mandibularis, are completely benign, but they are corrected by shaving them in 15 minutes with local anesthesia to prevent the prosthesis or appliance from hitting and causing wounds. His recovery is very fast and effortless.
