Use of piezosurgery (ultrasonic bone surgery) for root end cyst

I will have surgery for the cyst on the root of my tooth. Piezo bone surgery has been recommended instead of classical bur. What is its advantage?

Piezosurgery is sensitive only to bone tissue and does not cut or damage soft tissue or nerves. Bleeding is minimal, it does not cause heating damage to the bone, and there is almost no swelling and bruising on the face after the operation.
