Vitamin and blood test for recurrent aphthous ulcers (Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis)

I get 4-5 canker sores in my mouth 2-3 times a month, and I cannot eat. Which tests should I have?

In chronic aphthae, vitamin B12, ferritin (iron storage), folic acid, vitamin D and Celiac antibodies should be checked. In most cases, aphtha attacks end when B12 and iron deficiency are corrected.

I was wondering the same question, and the detailed answer given by our doctor was very enlightening. Thanks.
