The transparent rubber bands around the brackets turned yellow when I ate the curry sauce. There are 2 weeks until the appointment. How can they be cleaned?

من دیروز کاری مرغ خوردم و کش شفاف لیگاتورم به معنای واقعی کلمه زرد فسفری شد! مسواک زدم ولی جدا نمیشه قرار من 15 روز دیگه هست میشه زودتر بیایند و فقط لاستیک عوض کنند؟
