Can braces treatment and implants be planned at the same time? How should the ranking be?

My lower left molar is missing and my front teeth are crooked. Should I have the implant first and then have the wires inserted or vice versa?

The wire should definitely be attached first! Because after the implant fuses to the jawbone (osseointegration), it cannot be moved even a millimeter with the wire. First, the other teeth are corrected with wire and a full space is made for the implant, then the implant is nailed.

As a rule, orthodontic treatment is completed or brought to the final stage before implant surgery. Since implants form an ankylosis-like biological bond with the bone, they cannot be displaced by orthodontic forces. However, in some complex cases, the implant can also be used as a temporary "skeletal anchor unit" to pull teeth back.

I also had 1 missing tooth, and they placed my implant screw 2 months before the end of my braces treatment. When my wires came out, the implant finished fusing to the bone and they immediately placed the crown, saving me time.
