What could be the hard, painless sore on the edge of the tongue that has not gone away for 3 weeks?

יש פצע קשה עם קצוות לבנים בקצה השמאלי של הלשון שלי, שחשבתי שהוא אפטה, אבל זה לא הצטמצם כבר 3 שבועות.

יש לבחון בחשדנות כל נגע בפה שנמשך יותר מ-10-14 ימים ואינו נסוג ויש להיבדק על ידי כירורג פה ולסת או מומחה אף אוזן גרון ללא דיחוי. אין להזניח צריכת אלכוהול וסיגריות.
