Should the missing molar tooth gap be closed with a wire or should an implant gap be left?

Nedostaje mi 1 kutnjak. Jedan doktor je rekao da možemo povući 20 straga prema naprijed i potpuno zatvoriti rupu žicom, drugi je rekao da napravimo implantat. Bio sam neodlučan.
