Displacement of the front milk tooth in children as a result of a fall: Can it be put back?

My 4-year-old daughter fell in the park and knocked out her upper front milk tooth. The bleeding stopped. We put the tooth in milk, can it be put back in place?

Deciduous teeth are NEVER reimplanted! For permanent teeth, it is necessary to put the tooth in the milk and immediately go to the doctor to have it sewn in place, while trying to push the milk tooth into place causes mechanical damage to the permanent tooth germ that is developing right underneath and causes the permanent tooth to be born defective. Go to the pedodontist immediately and get an x-ray of the permanent tooth below.
