ペンチやピンセットなどで無理に押し込むと、ブラケット本体が破損したり、歯が抜け落ちたりする恐れがありますので、絶対に行わないでください。最も簡単な方法は、レンズ豆大の量の歯列矯正用ワックスをそのフックに貼り付けることです。診察の際に医師に、特殊な鉗子を使って 2 秒以内に内側に曲げることを伝えてください。
