歯肉の自然出血は、進行した歯肉下の歯石蓄積または壊死性歯周感染症の兆候である可能性があります。夜間に歯ぎしりをすると、圧迫されて出血が増えることがあります。時間を無駄にせずに歯周病専門医の診察を受けましょう。
