Can braces treatment and implants be planned at the same time? How should the ranking be?

왼쪽 아래 어금니가 없어졌고 앞니가 비뚤어졌습니다. 임플란트를 먼저 식립한 다음 와이어를 삽입해야 하나요, 아니면 그 반대로 해야 하나요?

반드시 와이어를 먼저 부착해야 합니다! 임플란트가 턱뼈에 고정(골유착)된 후에는 와이어로 1mm도 움직일 수 없기 때문입니다. 먼저 나머지 치아를 와이어로 교정하고 임플란트를 식립할 수 있는 공간을 충분히 만든 후 네일을 박는다.

원칙적으로 임플란트 수술 전 교정치료가 완료되거나 최종단계에 이르게 됩니다. 임플란트는 뼈와 강직과 같은 생물학적 결합을 형성하기 때문에 치아교정력에 의해 옮겨질 수 없습니다. 그러나 일부 복잡한 경우에는 임플란트를 임시 "골격 고정 장치"로 사용하여 치아를 뒤로 당길 수도 있습니다.

또한 치아가 하나 빠졌는데 교정 치료가 끝나기 2개월 전에 임플란트 나사를 식립했습니다. 와이어가 나왔을 때 임플란트가 뼈에 융합되는 것을 마치고 즉시 크라운을 배치하여 시간을 절약했습니다.
