Recommendations for the best interdental brush and rechargeable oral irrigator for those receiving orthodontic treatment

After getting braces, brushing your teeth has officially turned into a 15-minute ritual. The normal brush does not go under the brackets. Are those who use oral showers satisfied? Which head do you recommend?

Oral irrigator should be a must for everyone who uses wires! Since it sprays pressurized water, it instantly removes even the smallest parsley or bread crumb behind the bracket. As an interdental brush, TePe or Curaprox 0.4 and 0.5 mm sizes are ideal for under brackets.

Orthodontic brackets and arch wires create areas that increase plaque retention. In addition to a manual or rechargeable orthodontic brush, the use of an interdental brush and an oral irrigator that provides hydro-mechanical washing at least once a day is indispensable in preventing demineralization (white lesion caries) and gingival hyperplasia around the brackets.
