How do people who have braces or clear aligners in private clinics pay? Are there many discounts for cash payments? Do clinics offer installments based on promissory notes or cards?

For example, for an 18-month treatment, you pay 20-25% down payment and pay the rest by cash or money order when you go to your appointment every month. They usually give around 10-15% discount for cash payment.

That's how I pay, I pay my installments every month for check-ups, it doesn't shake the budget at all. Before you start, be sure to ask if everything is included in the contract (broken brackets, reinforcement wire, etc.).
