Apex resection was performed on my root canal treated tooth. Is the white layer around the stitches normal?

Para 3 ditesh bera rezeksionin e rrenjes, mbi qepje ka nje shtrese membrane te bardhe. Nuk isha i sigurt nëse ishte inflamacion apo ind shërues i plagëve.
