Apex resection was performed on my root canal treated tooth. Is the white layer around the stitches normal?

Nagkaroon ako ng root resection 3 days ago, may mapuputing layer ng lamad sa ibabaw ng mga tahi. Hindi ako sigurado kung pamamaga ba o tissue na nagpapagaling ng sugat.
