Can orthodontic braces be placed on a tooth that has undergone root canal treatment?

Nagkaroon ako ng root canal treatment sa aking front incisor 2 taon na ang nakakaraan. Sinabi ng aking orthodontist na maaari siyang magsuot ng braces, ngunit may panganib bang mabali o matunaw ang ugat kapag nag-aalis ng mga braces?

Nagkaroon din ako ng dalawang root canal treated teeth, both upper and lower. I had braces treatment for 1.5 years and now natanggal na braces ko, wala naman akong problema.

Bagama't ang mga ngipin na ginagamot sa root canal ay nawala ang kanilang buhay na pulp tissue, ang mga periodontium fibers na nag-uugnay sa ngipin sa jawbone ay buhay. Samakatuwid, maaari silang ilipat nang ligtas sa loob ng buto tulad ng biologically normal na mga ngipin. Mahalaga na walang aktibong periapical lesion sa dulo ng ugat bago ang paggamot.
