Apical Resection instead of extracting the tooth when root canal treatment fails

আমার রুট ক্যানেলে দাঁতের রুট এন্ড অ্যাবসেস চিকিৎসা করানো যায় না। আমি কি apical resection দিয়ে আমার দাঁত বাঁচাতে পারি?
