歯根端切除術（歯根端の手術）は、抜歯前の最後で最も価値のある救済ポイントです。感染した根の最後の 3 ミリメートルを外科的に切断し、特殊なバイオセラミック充填 (MTA) で後方に栓をします。歯は口の中に無事に残っています。
