근단절제술(치근끝수술)은 발치 전 마지막이자 가장 가치 있는 구제점이다. 감염된 치근의 마지막 3mm를 외과적으로 절단한 후 특수 바이오세라믹 충전재(MTA)로 거꾸로 꽂습니다. 치아는 입안에 성공적으로 남아 있습니다.
