Colors of bracket elastics: Which color makes teeth appear whiter?

I have my monthly checkup next week and this time I want to choose colored ligature elastic. Which colors make teeth look whiter, which ones look yellow? Can those who tried it share their experiences?

Dark blue, navy blue, plum and emerald green definitely make teeth look 2 shades whiter! Never choose yellow, light green or white. The white rubber turns yellow after a week from the tea, making it look like your teeth are yellow.

The dark gray or silver color also looks very noble, and it does not show any problems since it is integrated with the metal bracket. I had it done in light pink once, it looked like there was a piece of meat stuck in it, I repented :)
