What causes constant bleeding from the gums while brushing teeth?

Even though I brush regularly twice a day, there is serious bleeding, especially when brushing and flossing my lower front teeth. My gums look red and a little swollen. Is my brush hard or is there inflammation?

Healthy gums definitely do not bleed! I postponed it saying "it was my brush". When I went to the doctor, I learned that my gum pockets were full and the tartar had gone under the gums. After cleaning, the bleeding stopped like a knife in 3 days.

Bleeding gums are the most obvious symptom of gingivitis. Bacterial plaque and hardened tartar that accumulate on the tooth surface and below the gum line trigger the immune system response and make capillaries extremely permeable. A sweeping motion should be made from the gum to the tooth at a 45-degree angle with a soft-bristled brush, and professional scaling (tartar cleaning) should be applied.

That's right, see a periodontologist as soon as possible. Don't stop flossing just because it bleeds. As you do it regularly, the bleeding will decrease and stop.
