Awareness tips for those who grind their teeth during the day without realizing it

I noticed that I clench my jaw not only at night but also when working on the computer during the day. The tips of my teeth are worn away. How can I stop grinding my teeth during the day?

Daytime bruxism is entirely caused by stress and focus. Golden rule: "Lips closed, teeth apart!" A normal person's teeth only touch each other during the day while eating and swallowing; There should be a 2-3 mm rest distance between teeth throughout the day. Develop a reflex to release your jaw by sticking a small colored post-it note on your desk or screen and touching the tip of your tongue to the upper palate every time you see it.

I used that post-it tactic and it works great! Now I notice when I start to clench my jaw and relax it immediately.
